| Name: Eirin 八意 Junko 純子 (Pure Eternal Jewel) Alias: A-Three Seventeen Age: 33 Gender: Female Height: 5’ 1” Weight: 95lbs Appearance: Eirin is someone whom tends to wear more frilly dresses than anything else, why because it makes her look cute that’s why. Cute frilly, fluffy little mother fucking bunnies everywhere that is what she enjoys in her spare time, and she is normally seen with one if not more of these items upon her. She prefers lighter color’s if only because they are Desu enough for her, though they still lack Nepah on occasion and that is where the frilly umbrella or little purse rabbit shall come in. Basically she dresses like an innocent little girl whom just wants to get a nice dish of ice cream and enjoy life to the fullest. Normally not found without some sort of smile upon her face, her radiant completion is perhaps not only part of her that seems to be misplaced. Her skin tone is slightly more tan than most if onl because she does like to be out and about, making her lighter color cloths normally stand out a bit more. Her hair color is that of a Cyan in nature, which due to the way she tends to it shines slightly. Her eyes are that of a crimson in color which can lead many to think that she is pure evil when in reality it’s all about sunshine and rainbows…. Most of the time. Eirin’s wings are bat like in appearance, able to shift to different sizes in order for her own convenience, though no matter what size or real shape they take, they always look like that of a bat be it one form or another. Her wings allow for an additional ten strings to be used per wing, as she can control them from all tips of her wings. Her wings are that of a black color, with dark red tips as well as the inner parts themselves being crimson. - Spoiler:

Okay not really she enjoys being the one in the corner whom corrects others and acts innocent. Mostly because she has learned to like her appearance instead of hate it, as many will not take her seriously so does she use it to gain an advantage over them. Eirin though does normally enjoy just acting all sweet and nice, as well first off it has gotten her free stuff, and when you can learn it all it’s fun to act like you can’t. Normally not one to fall into other emotions when normally others would be riled into them Eirin takes a different approach. Due to her own level of intelligence, instead of falling into the clutches of rage she falls into the clutches of over thinking every single damn freaking thing you could think of. She will normally think about how interesting it is that something exists, but when stirred she will think about what makes it how it is broken down, what is the essence of such a being, what is it’s color, why is it that color, how does it exist in reality what makes it important, or even can two plus two equal five. Calm and happy though is normally the air she gives off and lives by, though when actually serious others may think she is an entirely different person. She tends to act very mature, and cunning instead of happy go lucky rainbows and kittens, making her like the double edged sword personality wise at least in appearance to others, as she isn’t bi polar or insane by any stretch of the imagination.

Requirements: Water as first element, Given at character creation, My permission (Since PM’s are my friend).
Description: A inborn trait that has caused many sea fairing men to go off in search for these “creatures” that appear as half woman half fish, and lose their own lives in the process, it is as real as they had hoped if only in a more sinister fashion. The first thing that one with this ability has is the ability to have their legs, merge together forming that of a fish tail, giving them unparalleled speed within water, allowing for them to match high speeds of other sea creatures, the drawback being they are fairly clumsy on land even when using their “human” legs. This only applies to female’s as males have the ability to have webs appear in-between their toes and fingers as well as gain other more personal fish like appendages, allowing for them all around speed within water that still rivals that of the fishtailed mermaids. They can also breath underwater through their own lungs, allowing them to be within the water as though they were on land, and being water doesn’t affect any of their senses, in addition their bodies are adjusted to all forms of water pressure, making sea depths possible, in addition to them being immune to temperature change. This ability also allows one with it to communicate in ways that are influential to others, using hidden sound waves within their voices, making what they say more believable/have a calling sort of vibe to their speech, though it doesn’t affect one as much as you might think if they are aware of the situation. In addition to this one with this ability has a stronger ability to control water, and as such all of their water jutsu’s strength’s are boosted by one rank of their highest level, while costing one rank less in chakra to perform,(No this does not mean S rank can be SS rank, as S rank is the highest, nor does it mean E rank costs nothing as it still costs E rank.) however in exchange they cannot have ration as an element as it would counter balance their own chakra system in the way it performs, nor may they have Katon for the same reason.

Name: Strings of Binding Fate
Requirements: Member of the Tsubasa no mibōjinbloodline
Description: An ability that is different between all Tsubasa no mibōjinit is one that is perhaps one of the deadly abilities that has been known to exist throughout the shinobi world. This ability is unique to all members if only because all have different genes, and are not technically related by blood. All chakra thread properties are made upon character creation within the created profile. The few traits that all chakra strings share is that in terms of strength they are the same as the users rank, they also cost no chakra to produce or use, though the length for the strings shall be determined based off of the abilities made for them. Also chakra strings unless stated are not visible and function like chakra in that respect obviously. It should also be noted that all clansmen are immune to their own strings. You may create one string per finger you have, wings are dependent upon how they look, and one per toe you have. (So normally 10+) all are controlled from those area’s unless otherwise stated in abilities.

Strings Ability(ies): Eirin’s Strings have the unique property to be corrosive towards whatever they touch. This ability of course is not immediate, and contact must be maintained with the object/being/whatever to corrode it. This makes the strings elude a slight aura around them (Of course being that of chakra in respect) which seems to give off a feeling of life slipping from the world (Mostly it just looks cool…)

Requirements: Member of the Tsubasa no mibōjinbloodline, Must ICly create the item you wish to make.
Description: An ability that has been developed off of the clansmens ability to control chakra strings to such an extent as to make objects out of said strings. These can be anything, really spears, puppet bodies, kunai etc. all of which shall have the users string abilities placed upon them as they are made from the users own strings. No equipment made this way may have other affects upon it even if there is a loop hole to do such as there is no loop hole for this. Jutsu may still work on said strings however it cannot alter the properties of the weapon, it can clone it etc. but it cannot make it gain other elements etc. All equipment made this way is made using the normal equipment creation template. All equipment made from this limit can be one rank higher than the normal weapon usage allowance, maxing out at S rank.

Requirements: Member of the Tsubasa no mibōjinbloodline, Cannot have the Outwardly web limit.
Description: An ability that has been seen in quite a few clansmen it is one that is well unique. It changes the clansmen chakra network to be that of a complex web making attacks upon the point of it almost impossible to pull off due to the sheer number. This network is also resistant to attacks upon it normally just negating all attacks that would break or disable a chakra network to simply have no effect. As well attacks made from such a network (aka. chakra strings) The downside to this is that it takes longer to perform jutsu than normal without the loss of additional chakra as their bodies are not adapted to control chakra as well as others.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
- Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.
- Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique, and when in danger the ninja will quickly substitute them self with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace one’s self with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be setup a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents; otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.
- Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill

Description: A very basic skill, without which a shinobi would become the laughing stock of the village. It allows them to escape ropes and similar simple restraints. However, advanced knots and heavier restraints than a simple rope maybe too much for a basic skill like this to handle.

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Background: Not knowing where she was born, Eirin tends to think about only one fact, which is why she exists. Unlike most that know about their past, and do not feel the sting of the unknown upon their shoulders Eirin does not have such a luxury. Not knowing the love of a mother as many of her ilk do Eirin has felt a part of her missing for her entire life, among other things. It began many a time ago within a land unknown (Lightning country) when someone was taking but a simple stroll (Performing a mission for Kumogakure) and they got ambushed by that of a lone evil dourer (A loli of doom), and through the battle was long (Only five seconds) the eternal fight shall never end (Not really it was over pretty fast). This event however small it was within the vast planet that is the earth, brought about an important moment for Eirin’s life. The next year, and a few month’s would be nothing but the beginning of what would be the arrival of another life into the world, or rather the return of one; Sadly though the events that would follow, would deny the new life that which would help them the most in life. As a group of nice and kind people (Ninja sent to kill the ass hat whom killed their comrade) Showed up they offered the mother of the life with but a rainbow of love, and happiness (A kunai to the back and a bonfire in hell) After the happy fun time (The ninja had danced over the body, and laughed) they were about to hold a wonderful little cook out (About to cook the egg that was present for the lolz) when suddenly a glorious thing happened, for the egg had hatched. (one of the ninja freaked the fuck out as a baby came out of the egg) and praising the scene they decided to raise it as their own (Almost ready to kill it with fire the captain stopped them, and decided to take it back for testing and investigation). Many a year passed as the child was raised in a loving environment (Cold steel and a man named Lary) and as they learned right from wrong (As in where the needle feels not so bad and where it freaking hurts) they learned about how all of life can be summed up into but a few words (I hate it) I love it. Though eventually it would be time for the child to go on their own way (They were set free after all that could be learned was) and moving on out into the real world they began to learn about the glory that is true freedom (they had to learn how not to die while appearing like a six year old, t’was not fun.) Through the next few years of their life they began to gain their own… oh forget this already their life was hell for the most part. Eirin whom had given herself that name instead of being called A-Three seventeen as she was within the Kumogakure labs, let herself be known as it for a few simple reasons; One if only because she had learned of the meaning through self study, and two because she felt as though if she was somehow eternal then she could find the answers that she desired. Learning about the world now however, she would spend several years looking, and learning about all that she could. From emotions, to math, to a few ninja arts Eirin desired to at least be able to survive on her own. Finding herself however within a small village on the outskirts of the Iron country, Eirin settled down if only to be able to have a home of her own. Through the help of the others there though and the sappy acceptance of her, she began her journey of study, and well just being herself. No one was hunting for her, no one wanted her for anything, life was well at peace, and at peace it would stay up until the present day. Though she did have to move around a few times to learn more, and obtain a wider spice of life, the memories she was recovering and the people she had been meeting kept her hopes going, and through those hopes she survived. Now though the future is an open book for her, as her life progresses at a slower pace than most, she has found that it is actual quite enjoyable to be able to relax, and expand her own database rather than the rush that she has learned others have to perform in order to get to the same place. For now however only the future will tell where her life will lead her, and that is just the way she has it planned, go with the flow, and no matter where you end up it shall be the goal you truly need.

| A very interesting story book like reading for the background lad, Anyway I don't see any issue with this girl but I'll assume that you only wanted Ninjutsu to it's mastery and the other points were placed in the sub style? | |
